"Pretty much got what I ordered"
My order was mostly right — everything matched up, except one small sauce was missing. not a huge deal, I probably had something in the fridge anyway. Delivery was fine too, no real complaints there.

"Refund turned into a whole hassle"
I’m not trying to be difficult, but this refund situation has been really annoying. I had a problem with my order and reached out to get it sorted, and it took way too long to get a proper response. When someone finally did reply, it felt like I was just being passed from one person to another. I get that things can take time, but there’s still no clear solution, just more waiting. Frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’d order from them again after dealing with this.

"Tasty, but not quite authentic"
I tried a few things from Mezfoods with my sister, and overall the taste was good. Some of the flavors were close to what we were hoping for, but a couple items felt more like an adapted version rather than truly authentic. Still, it was decent food and worked fine for a quick meal. Not bad at all, just not something that totally blew us away...

"First impression was that the site felt confusing"
Right away, my first impression was that the website was harder to use than it needed to be. I had trouble finding what I was looking for, some pages loaded slowly, and the menu wasn’t super clear. I did manage to place my order in the end, but it definitely took longer than I expected.

"Shipping was way too high"
Was going to grab a few things from mezfoods.com, but the shipping cost caught me off guard. By the time it was added, the total was almost double, which felt wild for such a small order.
Maybe the food is great, not sure. Didn’t even finish checking out because the shipping just didn’t feel worth it. Would be nice if they made the cost clearer upfront or found a cheaper option.

"Delivery was late again"
The delivery showed up late again, which was frustrating. Maybe I’m just having bad luck, but it’s been slow enough that I’m starting to feel like I can’t really count on it.

"I ordered a few things from..."
I ordered a few things from Mezfoods, most of it was fine. A couple of items were fresh and tasted good, but one pack looked like it had been sitting around a bit too long. The annoying part is I felt like I had to inspect everything instead of just unpacking and using it. Quality seems decent overall, just not very consistent. I might order again, but I’m not exactly rushing back.

"Took forever to get a reply"
I emailed about my issue and even included my receipt, but it felt like forever before anyone got back to me. The slow replies were really frustrating, i’m not happy with the experience at all.

"Felt overpriced and a bit frustrating"
I thought it was too expensive for what I ended up getting. The items were fine, not terrible or anything, but nothing really stood out enough to justify the price. What annoyed me more was that some of the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect until it arrived. For the money, I expected better value and a smoother experience. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the prices come down.

"Decent experience, but not my first pick"
I ordered from mezfoods.com last week when I needed a few things in a pinch. The food itself was mostly fine, and a couple of the items were actually good. The main downside was that the delivery took longer than I expected, so by the time it arrived, I was a little annoyed. The prices felt okay for what I got, but nothing that made me think I’d rush back right away. I might use them again sometime if I’m short on options, but for now, they wouldn’t be my first choice.

"Not much to pick from"
I went on mezfoods.com thinking I’d browse around and maybe find a few things to order. But not much there. The selection felt thin. Some categories looked like they were barely filled out.
Then when I did see something that looked okay, it was out of stock. Again and again. Kind of frustrating. The site itself is fine, I guess, but with so many things unavailable, I probably wouldn’t bother using it again.

"My order from mezfoods.com showed up..."
My order from mezfoods.com showed up packed really well. Nothing was broken, no leaks, and the jars had plenty of padding around them, so clearly somebody over there knows what they’re doing.

The only funny thing was the amount of tape on the box. I swear it felt like they were sealing away classified documents or trying to keep me from discovering what was inside too fast. Took me a minute to get it open, but overall the packaging was neat, secure, and definitely did the job
